Aebleskivers and Applesauce

So we finished the aebleskivers and they are delish! I am also going to can some home made applesauce today. So I'm thinking how yummy it would be to eat aebleskivers covered in applesauce. I'm sure they will be to die for. Well its off to do laundry and clean the house for me.

They are so yummy. We are making some dough now! I cant wait to eat them. We will be up until late to get them done but they are worth it. We are also going to share them with friends tomorrow and bring them to a Halloween party Saturday. I swear I will gain 15 pounds this weekend. Tee Hee.

Crocheting and Dance Dance

Well I had a blast yesterday with my friend Kasie. We talked and I taught her how to crochet. It was a blast and she learned so quickly. Then we did some Dance Dance. That was great fun too. We tried so hard to do well and to tell you the truth I really need some work. I have never really had good foot eye coordination. My beat sucks. We played Rock Band at Kasie's house the other night and I did not do well with the drums or guitar. I did ok with the singing as long as it was a song I knew. Well now its off to Michael's for some more yarn to feed my addiction. LOL

Life so far

Well so far so good. Brent and I have been married for almost 2 years and we are still happy. For some people that is a milestone. We got married 4 months after we met which a lot of people thought was nuts but what can we say? You can't deny your heart. We have two dogs one is a mutt (part daschund and part black lab) don't as me how that happens. The other dog is a beagle and she is so cute. They are our pals. We live in a small condo with those 2 dogs which is tough but we make it. Brent is a sales person at a local store and I do billing in Reno. We have fun with friends. By the way those friends got me onto this site and starting a blog. This is short but more will come soon I assure you...
